Your teaching and learning space

Set up a workspace, connect, teach, practice and meet for lessons.

1. Set up your workspace

Sign in with Google and choose Set up workspace on your home screen, or open the account menu → Workspace & role. Choose coaching, learning, or both. Add a workspace name, a short introduction and your home time zone. Use Switch to Coaching or Switch to Learning in the account menu if you have both roles. Learners have Today, My Learning, Lessons and Feedback; coaches have Overview, Students, Programs and Schedule. You can revisit your workspace settings anytime.

2. Connect with coaches and students

In Coaching, open Students to invite a student. In Learning, open My Learning → My coaches to invite a coach. Use their exact Google sign-in email. They accept from their invitation notice after signing in. Invitations last seven days and appear inside MY10; no invitation email is sent. Share the site address with your invitee yourself.

You can connect with multiple coaches and students. A coach sees practice cycles assigned to that relationship, plus additional cycles the student explicitly shares in My Learning → My coaches. New private practice cycles are not shared automatically. Ending a connection removes coach access and cancels its future bookings. It cannot remove copies someone already downloaded.

Your original instructor connection still works. Manage its older-recording consent in Account & privacy, or end it from the connection’s Manage button. The original instructor can see original recordings within that consent and cycles explicitly assigned to them; they cannot see a new private cycle or another coach’s assigned cycle.

3. Create and follow a program

For timed practice, switch to Coaching and open Programs → Practice plans. Name a routine and set ten exercises with individual Daily and Goal tempos. Save a private draft or publish for your connected students. Each student chooses when to start a new cycle. Their copied routine stays unchanged when you publish another version.

For flexible teaching, open Programs → Courses. Add lesson or assignment modules with written instructions and optional instructional videos. Upload videos first through Programs → Resources and choose sharing with connected students. Save your draft, then publish. Students open My Learning → Courses to explore your course and enroll in a version; later changes do not rewrite their existing coursework. Students mark lessons complete and submit written assignment responses. Coaches open Students, choose a student, then Courses to read responses and progress. Practice-plan and course builders use full-page editors with save controls at the bottom.

My Learning → Practice history → Previous cycles keeps earlier recordings. Use Resume cycle to switch between cycles created or opened since the workspace update. Older cycles without a saved routine snapshot remain viewable.

4. Schedule and join a lesson

Coaches add dated availability in Schedule. Students open Lessons → Book a lesson and choose an open time with a connected coach and confirm the booking. A slot can have one booking; overlapping bookings for a coach or student are rejected. Calendar times follow your device’s time zone and the booking is stored as an exact instant, so both participants see the same meeting time. Check the displayed time and zone before confirming, especially around daylight-saving changes.

Open a booking to cancel or reschedule before it starts. Rescheduling keeps the original time reserved until the new time is confirmed. The scheduled video room opens fifteen minutes before the lesson and closes thirty minutes after it ends. Ad hoc Live Lesson calls are also available for connected partners. Use headphones and allow camera and microphone access.

Bookings currently collect no payment. Payment processing, coach payouts, automated email invitations and lesson reminders are not enabled. Check your schedule in MY10.

5. Practice and exchange feedback

Open Today to begin your daily practice. A workout has ten one-minute blocks plus count-ins: twenty seconds at Goal tempo, thirty at Daily tempo, and ten to rest. Keep the page visible, finish the session and select Save workout. The next day in that practice cycle unlocks at midnight in the time zone shown on your calendar.

Coaches open a shared workout from Overview → Ready for review or Students → select a student → Practice. Choose Text, audio & short video feedback to write a note or record up to five minutes. Audio-only feedback requests your microphone without a camera. Preview before sending. Full-workout reactions are still available in the main player. Students find both formats in Feedback and their practice history.

Recover a recording

When browser storage is available, MY10 keeps a recovery copy while recording workouts and feedback. After a refresh, open Unsaved recordings to retry a completed take or download an interrupted one. Interrupted media may be incomplete or unplayable. MY10 retains up to three recovery copies per account for seven days in that browser, including after signing out; expired copies are removed on your next visit. Successful saves remove the copy.

Recovery belongs to this device, browser and site address. Clearing browser data, private browsing, storage eviction or low disk space can remove it. If recovery is unavailable, keep the page open and download a backup before leaving. Store downloaded camera and voice recordings privately.

Uploads and account records

Workouts and full reactions must be below 100 MB, instructional videos below 95 MB, and short feedback below 25 MB. Newly uploaded files count toward a 10 GB allowance per account; files stored before this update are not included in that counter. Up to three uploads can be in progress. Short-term request limits help protect the service. If a limit is reached, finish current uploads or contact support.

MY10 stores your sign-in identity, workspace, relationships, routines, courses, assignments, bookings and recordings. Google sign-in uses Supabase; practice data and media use Cloudflare services. Access is checked against your signed-in account and the relevant relationship and sharing permissions.

Use Account & privacy → Download account records for JSON exports containing up to fifty records per section. If the file has a nextPage link, open it while signed in and continue until nextPage is null. Avoid making account changes during the export. Media files are separate; their links require your signed-in account and current access.

For account deletion or data questions, contact MY10 support from your account email. Do not email passwords or recordings. This page is a product guide; a complete launch privacy notice and terms still need to be finalized.
